This box is for Vanessza, just because she is so kind, nice and fun, and I wanted to stitch this design and from the first cross I thought this will be hers. Today she received :)

A doboz kopott fehérre van lefestve és belül az alsó rész textillel borítva.

I have painted it to vintage white and covered textile inside bottom.

A szombati taliról Melinda már írt, szervezett nekünk egy olyan szuper napot, hogy azóta is csak vigyorgok, annyira klassz volt minden. :)

Last Saturday I have met "the girls", we have spent the day together and had a lot of fun. Melinda, Marcsi thank you for the nice gifts! Melinda, thank you for the great day!! :)

 Tanulok horgolni :) Fertőző ám :) Rita és Melinda szépségeit csodálva ez egy hosszú szerelem, érzem :) Az első zsengéim egyikét meg is mutatom, a második kör nincs fotózva, a harmadik pedig már kendő lesz. A mai tanfolyamon megállapítást nyert, hogy lazán horgolok, ami pont jó lesz kendőkhöz. Úgyhogy ma Barka Gabinál betankoltam, plusz egy tavaly vett fonalkám visszatalált hozzám, mert mégsem akar kötött sállá lenni, így az is kendőként végzi majd. Alig várom :)

I'm learning to crochet :) I just have started. To see Melinda's and Rita's beauties I fell in love and I feel this will be a long love. Here is a pic about my one of the first roses, I have made another (no photo about) and my third steps will be to start a shawl. Can't wait to say 'I can crochet' :)

Huge gift

Tegnap akkora pakkot kaptam, a szavam is elállt, ellenben, mire kibontottam, már folytak a könnyeim, örömömben :) Megérkezett a várva várt csomagom Michelle-től. Tavaly beszéltünk meg egy privát csereberét, én még decemberben mutattam, amit neki készítettem. Álmomban sem gondoltam volna, hogy ilyen csodát kapok cserébe :) Nagyon-nagyon köszönöm, Michelle!

I have received a really huge package from dear Michelle. I have lost my words yesterday after I opened... :) Last year we decided to make a private exchange. I have showed you what I sent to her (made with love), and now show what she has sent to me. Many-many thanks, Michelle!

Bevallom, eddig biztos voltam benne, hogy hímzést keretezni könnyű, csak oda kell figyelni... Ja... Hát mégsem könnyű. A puha lenvászon az istenért sem akar szépen kifeküdni, egyenesen, szálirányba, stb... Szóval megszenvedtem, és korántsem lett tökéletes egyik kép sem, de nekem megfelelnek :) A keretezőm sem tudja egyenesebbre :D 

I always thought to frame our stitchings is easy. But it isn't! It is hard because of the linen doesn't want to lie straight on the cardboard, you always need to improve, pull and tension and you never will be satisfied with. So, I'm happy with the results but I know these are not perfect but who cares? :)

Először is íme a tavaly karácsonyra rendelt kitecském eredménye, végre keretben. Egyszerű keretet választottam, szerintem elrontotta volna egy csicsásabb. Bár nem látszik, a zöld paszi vászonból van.

A hímzés elkészültéről itt írtam.

First here is my Shepherd's bush work, I have ordered it for myself for last Christmas, full kit. I have written about the finished stitching here. I think this simply frame highlights its beauty.

 A következő volt az, aminek a keretét kicsit lefestettem fehér akrillal. Szerintem így jobban paszol a képhez. A dísz a tetején utólag került rá, hogy mégse legyen annyira szimpla a keret. A hímzésről ekkor írtam.

 The next frame was what I have painted. It wasn't white enough for this design. I also have prepared the wooden decorative element on the top. I think it is nice :)

Ebbe a Blackbird képbe szerettem bele először, innentől kezdve imádom Ala és Barb mintáit :) Külön öröm, hogy találtam hozzá olyan fekete keretet, ami úgy néz ki,mintha kézzel lenne megfaragva. Pedig nem :D 2008-ban hímeztem.

This BBD was my first I fell in love with. After I've discovered these design by Alma and Barb I can't stop loving them :) My pleasure I found this frame which looks like it was hand-carved. :) I've stitched it in 2008.

Elég nehezen szántam rá magam, hogy arany kerete legyen a Beatrix Potter sampleremnek. Szeretem a fa kereteket, ne kell az aranyozás rájuk :) De nem bántam meg, elég fenséges maga a design ahhoz, hogy elbírja. Februárban fejeztem be.

I really love wooden frames and I don't like golden ones. But I don't mind I chose this golden one for Beatrix Potter sampler, it makes this design more majestic.

I have finished it in February.

Ha már kereteztem, beledobtam a Dame Gâteaux-t is egy egyszerű Ikeás fehér keretbe. Szerintem ezt sem kell bonyolítani tovább :) 

Hihetetlen, hogy tavaly áprilisban hímeztem...

 I have also framed this one by Tralala, this simple white frame is by Ikea. I think it is perfect for this lovely design :)

Végül de nem utolsó sorban véglegesen a keretébe illesztettem az eddigi legnagyobb Renato Parolin munkám is. A keretet korábban vettem, véletlen kincsvadészat volt, hihetetlenül olcsón, mert pici hiba van benne. A keretező, szerint valailyen trópusi fából van. Mindenesetre szép! Februárban készült el.

Last but not least here is my tree by Renato Parolin. I have found this frame early, it was a luck to buy in a very good price because it has a little defect.

I think it is a very beautiful frame :) I've finished in February.

BP happy dancing, RP progress, threads to dye

El sem hiszem, hogy elkészült! Nagyon tetszik, kiterítettem a fotel háttámlájára, hogy
pár napig szem előtt legyen és nézzem :) Nem tudom, mikor fogom keretezni, mert nagyon
szép keretet szeretnék, és nyilván nem lesz olcsó. Plusz, megmondtam a páromnak, hogy
majd esküvő után, mert ha nem lesz, akkor kibontom a monogramját :D Szóval,
ha megtalálom a tökéletes keretet, akkor be fogom keretezni természetesen :)

I can't believe I have finished my sampler!! This is great and gorgeous and good to see it's done,
so for next some days I will see because it hangs on the armchair's seat back :)
I'd like to find the perfect frame for it, so I will frame when I found it! Plus I have told to
my darling I'll frame after our wedding day because if we won't have it I will cut his
initials from it :D Just kidding :)

Ahogy letettem a Beatrix samplert, már vettem is elő Renato fácskáját, jó lenne ezt is
hamar befejezni. Most kedvem is van hozzá, bár ma is havazik :) Sebaj, egy kis szín jól esik.

As I've finished Beatrix sampler I have continued the Before Christmas tree.
I'd like to finish this one too ASAP. Now I have mood to stitching on it, today it's snowing again
and I like these warm colors now very much :)

I have seen a wonderful wooden frame which is gorgeous for this tree, but to be sure I'll go
there again and will check its size. Maybe this will be my first framework in this year.

Ez a kis szivecske volt idén a második munkám, de folyton elfelejtettem lefotózni.
Márcsak párnává kéne összeállítanom, és kész is lenne...

This tiny heart was my second finishing in this year but I forgot to take photos
about it all time. Now I need to sew as a pillow...

Íme az idei év első kész hímzése :) Kicsit csalóka, mert ugye tavaly kezdtem, de ma lettem vele készen. Szerettem hímezni, a mini részeket is. Hiba most is van benne, de nem bontottam ki. 2 mini öltés van rossz helyen, nabumm.

Here is my first finish in 2010! Ok, I have started it last year, but finished today.I enjoyed all crosses hile I was working on it. I have made mistakes, two miniature stitches are wrong but I really don't care.
